Day 21 Alexander Technique & Singing Tip from Ann Rodiger: How to process all these tips!

Step back and take a look at how you are working with all the information you have received during the past few weeks.

Make sure you are:

Integrating each tip into the whole - your whole body head to feet.

Allow for new sensations. As you change, so will your sensory experience.

Playing with any new sensation without judgement.

Give new sensations a chance. You can always go back to the familiar way of doing things.

Stick with the process and refrain from trying to recreate an experience by looking for the same sensation.

Remember, as tension is released so does the sensory experiences created by the resistance the tensions provided so at first you may feel less.
